Maths Leadership

As a Teaching for Mastery Specialist, I work with Maths Leads across the North West to develop their own subject knowledge and confidence. I can offer:

• Coaching and support to newly appointed Maths leaders

• Support with writing and implementing action plans

• Individualised monitoring schedules with recommended areas to scrutinise

• Support with preparing staff CPD materials

• Guidance and support with the development of accurate and effective assessment systems

• Support with data analysis and identifying and addressing pupils’ learning gaps

• A range of resources to develop teaching and learning across a staff team
